10+ years of experience with recent experience in managing engineering teams in ETL/Data Warehouse/ BI projects.
Excellent Communication and Stakeholder management.
Good experience in handling Onsite/ Offshore model
Experience w/ analytic models, familiarity with model exhaust data
Experience w/ data modelling, warehousing (MySQL, Cloud)
Architecture design; partner with different groups on Data Centralization, Data Modelling, ETL, etc.
Implementing the Business Intelligence Software ( Architecture and Scalability)
Developing an Operating Model (Best Practices, Governance, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, or Computer/Engineering or other related field or equivalent experience required.
Eight or more years experience working in IT, with 2 years of experience with cloud computing, including infrastructure, storage, platforms and data management or 4 years of experience with traditional enterprise data-center technologies, including relational databases, storage appliances, virtual machines, and private networks.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Data Architecture concepts (such as Data Modeling, Integration, Storage, Indexing, Security, Logging, Data Quality, Master Data Management and Archiving
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Big Data NoSQL and NewSQL database (such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, MarkLogic, HBase, Redis, Aerospike, VoltDB)
Minimum of 1 years with Big data ingestion and integration tools experience Hadoop,Sqoop, Kafka, Flume, and Spark etc. on cloud/on premise.
Design, implementation, and maintenance of DB (Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL platforms)
Experience with data modeling and data modeling tools
Ability to guide, mentor and train other associates
Ability to facilitate design sessions and communicate IT technical concepts to IT management;
Deep understanding of the current state of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL, security, networking, and cloud-based delivery models.
Highly effective collaboration and communicattion skills.
Demonstrated ability to research and analyze problems and recommend viable solutions.
